A Los Angeles native who grew up in the Southern California real estate industry, Eric Sackler has a 25-year track record as a leading real estate investment advisor and broker.
Specializing in commercial and multi-family sales, Mr. Sackler has personally sold over $1 Billion of investment and development real estate throughout the country and has extensive experience representing individual owners and investors in Los Angeles County. Susan is a Commercial and Residential Property Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the Los Angeles real estate market. She has consistently been a Top Producer at Coldwell Banker and her recent recognitions include being named Top 2% of Sales Professional Internationally in 2016, 2014, and 2013. She joined Coldwell Banker in 2005 with a 5-year background in commercial real estate financing. She intimately understands the financial intricacies involved in every real estate transaction, and is skilled at not only closing deals but making sure her clients feel comfortable throughout the process. Susan studied Mass Communications at University of California, Berkeley and has been living in Los Angeles for 20 years. She is Eric Sackler’s Senior Associate and joined Eric Sackler and Associates in 2005.
Scott has been selling residential and commercial real estate throughout the greater Los Angeles area over the past 10 years with Coldwell Banker. Scott prides himself on his personal service and attention to his clients every need. His experience includes selling; luxury residential homes, high rise condominiums, multi-family apartments, office/retail leasing & triple net investments to name a few. Thus resulting in over $100,000,000 in total sales volume. This vast understanding allows Scott to confidently handle complex transactions, making him your luxury home and investment authority. Scott's understanding of his client's needs, mastery of today's technology and proven marketing strategies have catapulted him to Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, which represents the top 8% of agents internationally. Dan is an associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial and a licensed California realtor. Prior to joining Eric's team, Dan worked as a photographer for motion picture studios, public relations firms, and corporate brands such as Adidas, PacSun, Samsung, and Nestle. Because of this, Dan has an unrivaled understanding of what clients need to create a unique work space to suit their personality and brand. As a commercial realtor, Dan works well with creative clients looking to purchase, sell or lease retail, restaurant, food use, office, recording studios, and production spaces. Dan joined Eric Sackler and Associates in 2014.
Hans is an experienced Real Estate investor with over 20 years’ experience as a principal in multiple projects overseas as well as in California. His expertise is in purchasing, renovating, leasing out & selling specialty licensed properties. His focus is liquor licensed restaurants/pubs, pet hotels, licensed dog kennels, State legally licensed cannabis farms & dispensaries, as well as tax benefited historic zoned properties. Hans is from New York City and has lived and worked for over 10 years in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Sydney Australia. In Tokyo Hans worked at Morgan Stanley as head of Japanese investment foreign institutional sales desk. In Tokyo, Hans founded TIR- a global brokerage business which he later sold to E-Trade after 12 years. In addition, Hans worked in the international Hedge Fund business for years as President of Tiedemann Investment Group- partnering and distributing multiple funds to multiple foreign markets. Hans has lived in Santa Monica for the last 14 years & joined Eric Sackler and Associates in 2016.
Danny is a licensed real estate broker specializing in commercial sales and leases with a focus on multifamily sales. Born in Los Angeles, Danny possesses an extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles market and strives to provide sound solutions to his clients’ real estate needs. With a strong background in financial analysis, he assists his clients in finding the right investment properties. Danny joined Eric Sackler and Associates in 2014.
