In the past four years alone he has successfully sold over $200,000,000 of commercial and multi-family real estate and ranks #1 in the Western U.S. and #2 globally within Coldwell Banker Commercial.  Eric is also a recipient of the National Leadership Award and Platinum Circle of Distinction Award and is listed in the Wall Street Journal’s “Top 100 Agents by Sales Volume”.
